Do put in your valuable suggestions!

Getting started

Young people around the world are leaving school without the skills they need to thrive in society and find decent work. Political upheavals and economic crises have turned the spotlight on these education failures, which are thwarting young people’s hopes.

We want to hear your voice about how skills development programmes can improve young people’s opportunities for decent jobs and better lives. Feel free to express yourself however you want – in text, video, drawings, poems… Just try to keep it short, to the point and on the topic of education and skills for gaining access to secure work that pays a living wage for all young people, regardless of where they live, or their gender, ethnicity or wealth.

What types of skills do youth in your country need to get a decent job? How can the mismatch between skills and the demands of the labour market be fixed? What is the situation for those who do not complete primary school or who drop out at secondary school?
Please remember to tell us who you are and where you’re from.
